Dell is the most worst company I ever seen!

I heard about Dell since my teenage. Later when during my college I got allured by looks of Dell Laptops. I always wanted to buy a Dell Laptop.

Later many of my esteems told me how good dell is and how they provide customer service. I figured out that now Dell is the best company in Laptop market.

This month I decided to buy a Dell Laptop. As per my friends instuction and information I gathered Dell don’t sell their products in any Shopping outlet. So the best way is to place an order is on there website.

On 3rd April 2010 I went to Dell.co.in and customized Dell(TM) Studio XPS 16 Laptop (S541020IN8). Then I submitted the cart. As per the website’s message one of their Sale Representative suppose to contact me in 24hrs.

Today is 18th April. Till date no one contacted me. Today I called Dell Call Center and no one attended the call. It rang few times and then disconnected automatically.

As you can see Dell now have become the worst company. They don’t attend phone calls they don’t reply to emails and they don’t respond to orders.

I think Dell now want to sell products only to corporate and big companies. If that’s their plan then they should convey the message to home and small office user by saying “Dell Stopped Selling Products to Home and Small office Users“.

I already suggested my friends to move to some other company like HP or Lenevo.
